Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and created in small batches, all sales are final.

However, your experience matters deeply to us. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at laurenglassdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided at checkout

• Normal variations in handmade items (slight differences in color, texture, or finish)

If a return is approved, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
