Powder coating is a durable, long-lasting finish that’s applied as a dry, colored powder rather than a liquid paint. It’s a two-step process: first, the powder is electrostatically sprayed onto a grounded surface, so it clings like a magnet. Then, the piece is baked in an oven, where the powder melts and fuses into a smooth, hard, and resilient coating that’s built to last.
