The cutest heart piñata was born!
What you will need
- Paper - Any kind you choose even tissue paper works great!
- Scissors
- Must Blade Scissors
- Glue Stick
- Cardboard Item - I used this Heart box from Target's Valentines Section
MAKE SURE YOU WORK BOTTOM TO TOP
Cut strips of paper then use your multi blade scissors to create the fringe and glue on starting from the bottom.
